RF Microneedling (Morpheus8 / Sylfirm)

Radiofrequency microneedling combines traditional microneedling with radiofrequency energy delivered directly through the needles into the dermis. The combination creates deeper collagen stimulation than microneedling alone and addresses skin laxity, acne scars, enlarged pores, and moderate wrinkles more effectively.

Insulated needles penetrate the dermis to the target depth and deliver RF energy at the needle tips. The insulated shaft protects the epidermis, making it safer for darker skin types than surface RF devices. Popular devices include Morpheus8, Profound RF, and Scarlet.

Greater skin tightening and texture improvement than standard microneedling. A course of 3 treatments spaced monthly shows results at 3–6 months with continued collagen remodelling up to 12 months post-treatment.

2–3 days of redness and mild swelling. Skin feels tight and dry for 3–5 days. Full skin recovery in 5–7 days. Makeup can be worn after 48–72 hours.
