We may have already created a listing for your clinic from our field visits. Search below to find it and claim ownership — it's faster than applying from scratch.
Tips for finding your listing
- Search by your clinic's official registered name
- Try a partial name if you're not sure of the exact spelling
- Only approved, unclaimed listings appear in results
Can't find your clinic?
If your clinic isn't listed yet, you can submit a new application. Our team will review your PMDC credentials and create your listing within 5–10 business days.
