Common questions
Is listing really free?
Yes. There are no listing fees, no monthly charges, and no paid tiers. Your position in search results is determined solely by vetting status and patient reviews.
Can I pay to be ranked higher?
No. This capability does not exist in our system. Rankings are based entirely on vetting status, review scores, and completeness of your profile.
What if I get a negative review?
Reviews cannot be removed or hidden because of payment. If a review violates our guidelines (abuse, fake), you can report it to our team for manual review.
What documents do I need?
PMDC registration for each doctor, your clinic registration, and photos of your facility. We will guide you through the list during the application.
How long does vetting take?
Typically 5–10 business days. We will contact you via email with any questions and to confirm your approval.
Can I edit my prices or procedures?
You can edit your price ranges at any time through your clinic portal. Procedure categories are managed by our editorial team to ensure consistency.
