What Is It?
Mesotherapy involves multiple microinjections of a customised cocktail of vitamins, minerals, amino acids, hyaluronic acid, and other active ingredients into the mesodermal layer of the skin. It targets skin hydration, fine lines, radiance, and facial rejuvenation.
How It Works
A bespoke solution is injected in multiple tiny papules across the treatment area using a mesotherapy gun or manual technique. The micro-injections bypass the epidermal barrier and deliver active ingredients directly to the dermis, where they stimulate collagen and improve hydration at the cellular level.
Realistic Results
Improved skin hydration, brightness, and texture. Fine surface lines appear reduced. Results build with a course of 4–6 treatments spaced 2–3 weeks apart, and are maintained with 2–4 sessions per year.
Recovery
Multiple small injection papules resolve within a few hours. The skin may appear pink or flushed for 24 hours. There is no significant downtime — most patients return to normal activities the same day.
Risks & Complications
- !Multiple small bruises at injection sites
- !Temporary redness and skin sensitivity
- !Allergic reaction to cocktail ingredients
- !Infection if sterile technique is not maintained
- !Small risk of hyperpigmentation at injection sites in dark skin types
Red Flags — Choose a Clinic Safely

- ⚑No patch test offered for patients with known sensitivities
